Welcome to Malaysian Autonomous Vehicle challenge 2024 (MAVeC2024). As the host of the national autonomous vehicle challenge for universities among engineering students, our aim is to expose university students to the wide variety of autonomous systems that are incorporated within the latest cars as a mean to aid them in their journey to further revolutionizing the automotive industry.
Stage 1: Pre-Selection
12 February 2024: Proposal submission and registration open
30 April 2024: End of registration
14 May 2024: Extension of deadline
21-26 May 2024: Results notification
Stage 2: Technical Evaluation
16 August 2024: First monitoring session
17 September 2024: Second monitoring session
Stage 3: CarBot Circuit Challenge
5 October 2024: Qualifying 1 (Q1)
6 October 2024: Qualifying 2 (Q2) & Final
